Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the jl989 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. jl989 reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time.

• You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify jl989 immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your credentials.
• jl989 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
• Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• All GCash or Maya payment methods linked to your Account must be registered under your own legal identity. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

jl989 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC20). Supported payment methods may be added or removed at jl989's sole discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the platform level or as determined by your VIP tier and may be reviewed upon request.
• All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your jl989 Wallet upon successful processing by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant; bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes.
• jl989 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment accounts not registered under the User's legal identity.
• jl989 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or bank processing errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Deposits made to the jl989 platform are non-refundable once credited to the Wallet and used for gaming, except in cases of confirmed technical error attributable to jl989.

Users may request withdrawals of available real-money balance from their jl989 Account subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. No maximum withdrawal limit is publicly stated; VIP accounts may negotiate higher single-transaction limits with their account manager.

jl989 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP-exclusive offers to registered Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which prevail over these general Terms in case of conflict.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the associated balance — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl989 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the jl989 platform, whether under your own identity or under any false or third-party identity.
• Using false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the jl989 platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to circumvent normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered by jl989.
• Using the jl989 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

jl989's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their jl989 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl989's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

jl989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Initiation of unjustified charge-back or payment dispute proceedings against jl989.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In such cases, dormancy policies will apply and Users will be notified prior to any action on remaining balances.
• jl989 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other Users, or the business.

Upon Account termination for breach, jl989 may, at its discretion, void all Bonus Funds, void and withhold winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and return only verified real-money deposits minus any applicable transaction fees. Real-money deposits made in good faith and not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

jl989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl989 will provide notice to registered Users via the platform or via the email address associated with their Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the jl989 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the jl989 platform, or any Services provided herein.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact jl989 support through the live chat function or via email to seek resolution of any dispute. jl989 commits to responding to formal dispute inquiries within five (5) business days. Many disputes can be resolved efficiently at this stage without recourse to formal proceedings.

In the event of any dispute arising from game outcomes, system errors, or account decisions, jl989's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal escalation process described above.
